i want a "C compiler" in "Window 8.1 64-bit" .I already have one but i can't use that properly because when it (c compiler in win 8.1 64-bit) opens,i can't use my mouse or pointer of my mouse in this app.If anyone who really have solution of this problem,kindly try to help if possible.

Try Quency C compiler. Its a 32 bit compiler based on GCC. Its easy to easy, light weight and robust.I have been using it since last 3 months and its working perfectly !
