JOB PROFILE :Software Engineer (1-2 years experience)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Minimum of 1 year and Maximum of not more than 2 years of experience with IT industry at the time of applying for this position
- Hands on exposure from either Application Development or IT Operations background
- Experience in Development, Business Analysis, Production support, Testing
- Candidates should possess some level of business acumen, automotive preferable
- Candidate should have a firm understanding and experience with structured software development methodologies
- Good to have knowledge in specifying functionality, requirement gathering, analysis, technical design, coding and testing
- Skill set - J2EE, Microsoft, Oracle & Mainframe
- Capable of handling End to End responsibilities for assigned task / activity.
- Passion to learn new technologies and someone who can work independently
- Good communication skills – Oral/Written
- Good Team player and Flexibility
- Must possess excellent analytical and logical skills
- Should have positive attitude to learn, ask question, receive feedbackWilling to work in shift operations
- Should be open to travel/relocate within the country/across the globe
- Language – English mandatory (Read/Write)

Industry –Automotive/Manufacturing domain is preferred.

- B.Tech / B.E (IT, CS, ECE only), M.Sc. (Computer Science), M.C.A, MS (IT) year of pass out 2010, 2011 & 2012 only
- Aggregate Percentage of Marks : 75% or 7.5 CGPA whichever is applicable
